For Cook County Board, Dist. 17, Green: Dalka

There is a Green Party primary in the 17th district. Richard Dalka, a computer operator from Des Plaines, is mildly endorsed over Matthew Ogean of Orland Park, who has not campaigned. Dalka, however, is not ready for prime time in the November general election.
