Village Bank names new CEO

Village Bank & Trust had named Guy W. Eisenhuth of Deer Park president and CEO.

Eisenhuth joins the bank with 29 years of banking experience, most recently as executive vice president of Fifth Third Bank in Chicago. Beginning his career at American National Bank in 1980, he went on to hold successively higher positions at American and its successor companies JP Morgan Chase Bank and Bank One until 2008.

Eisenhuth is a member of the Medinah Country Club, serving on their Membership Committee. Previously, he served as chairman and vice chairman of the Elgin YMCA, chairman and board member of the Elgin Economic Development Council and capital campaign chairman of the Elgin Community College Foundation.

Born and raised in Arlington Heights, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and a Masters in Business Administration - Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Village Bank & Trust has three locations in Arlington Heights and one in Prospect Heights.
