A family-oriented state rep candidate

As a resident of Elmhurst for more than 16 years, I have never been inspired to publicly support a candidate for office until now. Alderman Chris Nybo truly represents what we expect from our elected officials.

As a resident of the 5th Ward, I have experienced many of the positive changes to our neighborhood, such as his work on traffic and safety control issues near Lincoln School. However, what impresses me most about Chris is his willingness to listen and take action. All too often promises are made by our elected officials that they never fulfill once they are elected.

Chris Nybo stands by his word. Like me, Chris is a parent raising young children, an active member of our community and a supporter and volunteer for many charitable organizations. I know that Chris will represent issues important to families like mine. Most importantly, I know that I can trust Chris Nybo to do what is best for the people he represents.
