Terrorist trials don't belong in our courts
The U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has decided to try prisoners of war currently at GITMO in a civil trial. This is a huge mistake.
They need to be tried by a military tribunal established for that purpose. The prisoners were captured outside of this country by the military and should be tried by the military. These terrorists should not ever be brought to U.S. soil and granted the rights and privileges of all U.S. citizens - they are terrorists and should be handled as such.
The president should reverse this action and send the terrorists back to the military for judgment. The U.S. Attorney General deserves a reprimand for this error in judgment on his part.
