Nokia files second lawsuit against Apple

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Nokia Corp. continues to lob salvos at Apple Inc. in a patent infringement dispute.

The Finnish phone maker filed a federal lawsuit in Delaware this week claiming Apple is infringing on seven Nokia patents in products from the iPhone to computers.

Nokia made similar allegations this week to the U.S. International Trade Commission. That complaint and lawsuit allege that Apple's iPhone, iPods and computers all violate Nokia's intellectual property rights.

Nokia filed a separate lawsuit in Delaware in October alleging Apple's iPhone infringes on 10 Nokia patents. Apple denied the claims and countered with its own claims that Nokia has copied aspects of the iPhone in its devices.
