Can anyone figure out Medicare plan?

Let's see if I have this right - Medicare is projected to be bankrupt in 10 years. The Senate has already voted to cut more than $400 billion from Medicare to help pay for this new entitlement program they are proposing. Now they are considering expanding Medicare to include folks starting at 55.

Only Congress dealing with our money could come up with a scenario like this.
