Update: After missing eight games early in the season with an ankle injury, Chris Paul is back to his usual self, averaging 20.7 points and 10.9 assists. Power forward David West is at 16.3 points, while newcomer Emeka Okafor is averaging career lows with 11.0 points and 9.9 rebounds. The Hornets fired coach Byron Scott in November, replacing him with former GM Jeff Bower. Ex-Bulls coach Tim Floyd is the lead assistant. New Orleans is 13-14 overall, 2-11 on the road.
