Montini 65, Hononegah 38: The No. 1 Broncos rolled out to a 35-19 halftime lead in their first game at the Sterling Shootout. Whitney Adams scored 16 points and pulled down 9 rebounds and Michala Johnson had 14 points and 11 boards for Montini (8-0).

Hinsdale Cental 37, Downers Grove North 34: Toni Kokenis scored 14 points for the No. 5 Red Devils, who rallied in Downers Grove for their fourth straight win. Maggie Brennan added 9 points for Hinsdale Central (8-2, 5-0 West Suburban Silver Conference), who trailed 29-27 heading into the fourth quarter. Jackie Burke scored 13 points to pace No. 16 Downers Grove North (9-3, 3-2).

Neuqua Valley 56, Streamwood 44: Kalea Parks and Bria Williams each scored 13 points and Taylor Francesconi 12 for the Wildcats (3-9, 1-2 Upstate Eight Conference), who won their second game in a row.

Waubonsie Valley 88, Larkin 14: Becky Williford poured in 22 points and Nia Williams 17 for the No. 6 Warriors (9-1, 3-0 UEC).

Willowbrook 45, Leyden 44: Journey Leary and Louisa Reese each tallied 9 points to lead the Warriors (3-9, 2-3 West Suburban Gold Conference) in Villa Park.

Hinsdale South 65, Addison Trail 54: Uzo Okoro powered in 25 points to pace the Hornets (8-4, 5-1 West Suburban Gold), who outscored the Blazers 26-11 in the third quarter. Jazmin Little led Addison Trail (4-9, 2-3) with 21 points.
