Time flies as more lose health care

A recent study shows that 14,000 people a day are losing their health care coverage. 14,000 people a day.

While some members of Congress are wasting time and playing politics, real people are experiencing real pain. The numbers are staggering; as the only industrialized country that does not have a national health care system, the U.S. is ranked No. 1 in cost, 37th in overall performance, 42nd in life expectancy and 72nd by overall level of health.

We don't have time to waste. We need to change from a nation where 14,000 people a day lose coverage to a nation with quality affordable health care for all of our citizens. Including today's 14,000.
