What's a climate czar, anyway?

Let me start by saying people like myself who question the motives of the global warming, excuse me, climate change crowd are not pro-pollution. We don't walk around saying "What this world really needs is more pollution".

We do however question how the exchange of billions of dollars in taxes and the selling of something called carbon credits is going to change what has been a cyclical natural occurring event that has been going on for 4 billion years.

When there is this large an amount of money involved it is usually best to question true motives.

I realize it is a payback for environmentalist support during the election but on the surface it is supposed to be taken seriously, much like a Gravity Czar or an Easterly Sunrise Czar would be taken.

I remember the president saying something about this czar reporting to him any and all information regarding this subject. I can't help but wonder if he has told him about the e-mails that turned up a lot of very damaging information regarding this cause.

It is safe to say the president won't read it in the paper or see it on the news channels so maybe for the sake of job security the Climate Czar will keep this to himself since the job market for czars, although better then it has ever been in America, still is not a big one.

Maybe in the end this will eventually be a good thing, perhaps we will have a little cleaner, more efficient planet and accept the fact that after 4 billion years it knows how to survive on its own and we can get by without a bunch of fear mongering politicians lining their own pockets with millions and millions of dollars along the way.
