Appeal for support of health care act

Rep. Mark Kirk: I am writing to you today. To ask that you support H.R. 3962, the Affordable Health Care Act. I know from personal experience the effect a medical procedure can have on one's finances. I had a minor procedure done about a year ago and, to say the least, my savings are completely wiped out. If Congress can come to some agreement on the Act surely you can as well.
