Wolves fall 3-2

The Chicago Wolves staged a rally with 2 goals in the third period, but it wasn't enough to overcome the 3-0 deficit as the Rockford IceHogs skated away with a 3-2 victory Wednesday night at the Rockford MetroCentre.

Defenseman Nathan Oystrick and left wing Brett Sterling scored the late goals for the Wolves.

Peter Mannino recorded 27 saves for the Wolves.
