NWCH 50th anniversary book released

Fifty years to the day that Northwest Community Hospital opened in Arlington Heights, a new book celebrating its half-century made its debut Wednesday.

Author Candace O'Connor signed copies of "Northwest Community Hospital: Rooted in Community, Reaching New Heights," for past and present hospital staff Wednesday.

At 7 p.m. today, Dec. 3, she will sign copies for the general public at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library.
