Terrorists do not belong in our courts
Moving foreign terrorists who have committed crimes against our country to the U.S. judiciary system is the most fatal decision our Democratic leaders can make.
If Democrat leadership in Washington and Illinois moves foreign terrorists to a federal prison in Illinois, we have far more to fear than an escaped terrorist. We are setting a precedent that puts our legitimacy as a leader in jeopardy, and is an irresponsible use of U.S. tax money.
Once transferred to the U.S. judiciary system, these foreign terrorists will be provided the full rights of a U.S. citizen. They will have the right to a public defender, compliments of our tax dollars.
Further, such a thoughtless, politically-motivated decision, certainly tells our soldiers that their sacrifices to protect their country were made in vain so that future terrorists might enjoy the comforts, protection and benefits of U.S. citizenry. And when a liberal judge releases these terrorists due to a technicality, imagine the expense of safely returning these terrorists to their homeland aboard a secure, first-class flight. And, we know well how the media will treat this - we'll endure years of publicized trials of foreign terrorists, millions will be glued to a train-wreck of political-correctness at its worst as the spin reveals the "honor-student from Afghanistan who was unfairly removed from his culturally-rich, community-organized Jihad."
