Church raises money for military phone cards

Over the next three weeks, the Mission Ministry Group at Barrington United Methodist Church is raising funds to purchase phone cards for Marines in the 2nd Battalion 2nd Marine Regiment serving in Helmand Province in Afghanistan. To contribute to the cause, checks payable to Barrington United Methodist Church, with a notation of "Telephone Cards for the Troops," can be sent to 98 Algonquin Road, Barrington IL 60010.
