Plank Road open house

An open house to review initial land use alternatives and transportation recommendations for the Plank Road area in Naperville is scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Dec. 9 at city hall, 400 S. Cup of Cheer on tap

The Naperville Garden Club's 49th annual Cup of Cheer House Walk and Holiday Market is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 4. The fundraiser features a self-guided tour of four Naperville homes as well as a market at North Central College's White Activities Center, 325 E. Benton Ave. Tickets are $35. Symphony plans concert

The DuPage Symphony Orchestra presents its holiday concert at 8 p.m. Dec. 12 and 3 p.m. Dec. 13 at North Central College's Wentz Concert Hall, 171 E. Chicago Ave., Naperville.
