ITASCA - Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of Shuford Insurance Agency Inc. in Concord, N.C. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1938, Shuford is an independent insurance agency offering personal and commercial property and casualty insurance products and services to clients throughout the Eastern United States.

The company offers insurance for a variety of industries, including motor sports, construction and manufacturing and for all personal lines coverages.
