Don't want to be part of mail blitz
I am writing you this letter as a concerned citizen. Daily I am bombarded by e mails, junk mail and phone calls from both the Republican and Democratic Party to support this candidate and this cause, and, oh, by the way, send us a donation.
Just imagine if the elected officials and their parties spent all their time and effort instead of fundraising and actually working for a common good, how much more would be completed. In regards to this latest e mail blast from the Democratic Party in regard to the "huge win in Congress," I am not knowledgeable enough to send you a letter to support the bill as they have requested, but I am sure there are some benefits to the bill, just as there are some negative trade-offs/side effects.
I do not need to be pushed to send letters to the editor to support the bill. There are elected officials in place to make their own decision and I trust they will do what they think is the right thing to do as they are elected to make these decisions. Perhaps some others feel the same way I do.
