Lake Zurich South to present 'Peter Pan'

Lake Zurich Middle School South proudly presents the musical "Peter Pan." Based on J.M. Barrie's tale, "Peter Pan" is a heartwarming family story of adventure and dreams about a boy who didn't want to grow up.

Lake Zurich Middle School South's cast will be flying high for the production, with help from DeKalb-based Hall Flying Effects. The main characters of the play - Wendy, Michael, John, Peter and Jane - will be soaring across the stage!

About 150 students are in the cast, crew and orchestra. The play is being directed by drama teacher Jacqui Heinemann.

The play will be performed at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, and Friday, Nov. 20, and 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at Middle School South, 435 West Cuba Road, Lake Zurich. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students and children. For more information, call (847) 540-7070.
