Cars burglarized at Libertyville High
Libertyville Police are trying to determine what was stolen from 11 vehicles that were broken into in a Libertyville High School parking lot.
Detective Chad Roszkowiak said windows of all the vehicles were smashed Wednesday morning in the overflow parking lot at Dymond Road and Harris Avenue.
The break-ins occurred between the time students arrived for classes, about 8 a.m., until the damage was noticed at 10 a.m., Roszkowiak said.
"We are still meeting with car owners to determine what was taken from each car," he said.
Police asked anyone with information to call the Libertyville Police Department at (847) 362-8310.
