Women Entrepreneneurs group thanks sponsors
On behalf of the board of the West suburban Women Entrepreneurs (WSWE) and its members, the annual event committee wishes to thank the generous sponsors who made our seventh anniversary celebration, Passion and Profitability, such a success.
Itasca Bank & Trust Co. Women's Initiative was our Super Delegate Sponsor again this year. Chef Joe's Cookies and xPonent Group were Wall of Fame sponsors. Frymark Floral Designs not only sponsored our event but also created unique and beautiful centerpieces.
Other sponsors were: Merrill Lynch, Just Assistance, Binding Legacies, A. Gilpin Consultants, Barbara J. Vondra CPA, Rev. Coach Queen Arlene, Nancy S. Buerger CFP/MBA, Argo Summit Supply Co., So Tell Me Personal Health Organizer, and FedEx Office of Glen Ellyn. Without their support, we could not have provided this educational and motivational program for more than 150 women business owners. An annual membership was given away, and donors provided thousands of dollars worth of prizes.
Appreciation extends to our featured moderator, Ellen Rogin, as well as our panelists: Maureen O'Brien of O'Brien & Son, Inc.; Catherine Riddick of xPonent Group, Ltd.; and Nancy Sharp of Food for Thought. Their discussion of the current business climate and the challenges facing entrepreneurs was both enlightening and entertaining.
WSWE provides an empowering forum for women business owners in Chicago's western suburbs. We nurture meaningful relationships that fuel both professional and personal growth of members. Our monthly meetings at the William Tell Banquet / Holiday Inn Countryside, as well as special programs, provide educational insights and networking opportunities. For details, visit wswe.org.
