WHS magazine fundraiser is Nov. 14

Wheeling High School's literary magazine, "Circus," will host a fundraiser at Barnes & Noble, Rand and Arlington Heights roads in Arlington Heights, on Saturday, Nov. 14.

All day, Barnes & Noble will contribute a percentage of every sale made with a special book fair voucher to Circus. Vouchers are online at whs.d214.org. Circus showcases WHS student poetry, prose and art.

Students are hosting events for a variety of ages: Bryan Knight's Knight Time Magic; decorating cupcakes after the "If You Give a Cat a Cupcake" storytime; a storytime by Spot the Dog; caricatures; face painting; arts and crafts; The Academy of Irish Music; poetry readings.
