Dreyer Medical breaks ground

Dreyer Medical Clinic broke ground on a new Batavia site at 2500 W. Fabyan Pkwy. The one-story, 22,000-square-foot facility is 1.8 miles west of the clinic's current location.

Set to open in August 2010, it will offer dermatology, internal medicine, laboratory, obstetrics/gynecology, occupational health, pediatrics, physical/occupational therapy, and radiology services.

Walk-in care also will be available to anyone seeking acute medical care. The new Dreyer site is being developed by MedProperties Group of Chicago. Carlson Brothers Construction of Joliet is responsible for construction.
