Unilever warns of additional costs in Sara Lee unit buy

Unilever will have additional costs related to the purchase of a Sara Lee Corp. unit.

Restructuring expenses for next year will be above the company's previous guidance, Chief Financial Officer Jim Lawrence said on a call with analysts today.
