Health care reform is bad for seniors

I recently talked to a friend who is recovering from breast cancer. She is doing fine, but the medicine she needs costs $2,000 a month.

She asked me if I thought Obama Care would continue to pay this. I answered her carefully, but after just having read parts of the Baucus health care bill, I had to tell her the drastic cuts being proposed for cancer doctors and other specialists lead me to believe that there is no way the government will approve expensive drugs such as hers. It will be a sad day if such legislation is adopted.
