• Brittney L. Kulisek, 20, of the 400 block of Ela Street, Barrington, was arrested around 10:15 a.m. Oct. 7 on the 900 block of South Northwest Highway and charged withh possession of marijuana and traffic violations.
• Two men stole a plastic sandwich on a pedestal valued at $50 displayed on the counter at Subway, 215 N. Hough St., around 3:30 p.m. Oct. 14. The theft was videotaped.
• Vandals used spray paint and markers to write graffiti on a rear metal door at Mona Lisa Stone & Tile, 119 E. Main St., on an unknown date but reported Oct. 15.
• Vandals spray painted graffiti on the rear steel doors at three stores, 106, 119, and 123 N. Cook St., in the Barrington Commons shopping center overnight Oct. 14-15.
• Burglars stole a radio and three computer towers out of an unlocked office at the Union Pacific building, 500 Cumnor Ave., between 3 and 3;30 a.m. Oct. 9. An employee was working in the next office but did not hear or see anyone. Another employee saw two suspects run across the tracks and into the golf course. They disappeared before officers and a police dog could find them.
• Vandals etched gang graffiti into mirrors in the men's and women's restrooms at the Metra depot, 201 S. Spring St.,, between 3 p.m. Oct. 12 and 9 a.m. Oct. 13. The mirrors will have to be replaced.
