Chicago Fire at New England Revolution

When: 5 p.m. Saturday at Gillette Stadium

TV: Fox Soccer Channel

Scouting the Fire: The Fire (10-7-11, 41 points) clinches a playoff spot with a win. If the Fire ties it needs three teams - D.C. United, FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake - to tie or lose. Expect Chris Rolfe to return from injury. The Fire is winless in its last five games, dating back to Aug. 23.

Scouting the New England Revolution: The Revs (10-10-8, 38 points) can pull even with the second-place Fire in the Eastern Conference standings with a win. Goalkeeper Matt Reis always seems to play well against the Fire, and considering all the injuries to players in front of him, he might need to be at his best again.

Next game: vs. Chivas USA, Thursday
