Bears, Blackhawks form promotional partnership

The Chicago Bears and Blackhawks are kicking off -- and dropping the puck on -- the first promotional partnership between a founding franchise of the NFL and Original Six hockey team.

The teams will release five sets of commercials this fall featuring one player from each team, emphasizing the support between the organizations and the city.

The spots will feature the Bears' Jay Cutler, Devin Hester, Robbie Gould, Lance Briggs and Greg Olsen and the Blackhawks' Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane, Patrick Sharp, Brent Seabrook and Brian Campbell.

The partnership also includes representation inside Soldier Field and the United Center during home games as well as other activities.
