Roskam should have voted for censure

Rep. Roskam,

A four-letter word, in this case vote, will no longer be something I do for you, Rep. Roskam, because you don't know how to respect proper House procedure.

Where have all the statesmen gone? Maybe a woman would have had more guts and voted yes to rebuke Rep. Wilson.
