Symphony members to perform with Palatine Concert Band

Two members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra will perform solos with the Palatine Concert Band Sunday, Nov. 8.

John Hagstrom on trumpet and Scott Hostetler on English horn will performing a duet with band accompaniment in "Quiet City" by Aaron Copland. They also will perform individual solos on their respective instruments with band accompaniment.

The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Cutting Hall, 150 E. Wood St., Palatine. Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for seniors/students.
