Weber leases space in Elgin

Darwin Realty & Development Corp. announced the long-term lease of 250,000 square feet to Weber-Stephen Products Co. at 2500 Northwest Parkway, Northwest Corporate Park, Elgin.

Weber-Stephen Products Co., the world's premier manufacturer of charcoal and gas grills, grilling accessories and outdoor products, is headquartered in Palatine.

It will make use of the 250,000-square-foot facility as a supplementary distribution hub to its manufacturing plants in Palatine and Huntley.

Weber took occupancy of approximately half of the facility this month and will phase into the entire building by Dec. 1, 2009.
