Bean is right to stay open-minded

I am disgusted at the behavior and lack of respect for the opinions of others shown by protesters and by a certain member of Congress, This is not living by the standard that we should expect from our fellow citizens.

I am glad Melissa Bean is listening to all sides in the health care debate, instead of setting her position in stone before the bill is even written.

Now is the time for our representatives to listen to all sides, including the uninsured, small businesses, hospitals and yes, even insurances companies.

People yelling about socialism and death panels are trying to divert attention from the real problem of providing affordable, quality health care for all Americans.

I particularly hate the mention of the Nazis. I recommend that people carrying those awful signs should be shown newsreels of what the Nazi Party did Then perhaps they will realize that we live in the best country in the world and we are truly free.
