Who do we thank for the beautiful seasonal flower and ornamental displays that beautify the sidewalks around the Metropolis Theatre building?

Every morning as I walk to the train I tell myself that I should call someone and thank them for their thoughtfulness in making our lives that much richer with this floral beauty.
