Scouting Prospect @ Hersey

Prospect (4-1, 0-1) at Hersey (0-5, 0-1)

When 7:30 p.m. today at Roland Goins Stadium

Last week Prospect lost to Buffalo Grove 39-33; Hersey lost to Rolling Meadows 26-0

Outlook Some changes in personnel and scheme are coming for Prospect after giving up 76 points the last two weeks and an average of 28 a game. "What we were doing wasn't working with this team," said Prospect coach Brent Pearlman. "But you can't just look at the scheme. A lot of what's changed on the field is attitudes." Pearlman also had no problem with QB Miles Osei taking what BG's defense was giving and running for nearly 260 yards. But he also thinks it won't be easy against a defense which has kept Hersey in most of its games. "They play really good defense," Pearlman said. "It's not your typical 0-5 team with nothing going right." Hersey did get RB Chris Polinski back last week from a mono-type illness and Prospect will be without LB Joe Mack this week because of injury. Prospect has won four straight and leads the series 17-9.
