Sports training center plans opening

BUFFALO GROVE - Split Second Speed and Chirosports are hosting a grand opening at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at their new location at 1388 Busch Parkway, Buffalo Grove.

Split Second Speed is an athletic training facility geared for athletes of all ages. The facility trains in speed, agility and strength.

The business features an on-site sports medicine clinic, Chirosports. Ronald Hernandez Jr., a chiropractor physician, operates this portion of the business.

The clinic also provides chiropractic care, functional rehabilitation, physical therapy, post surgical care, chronic pain, nutrition counseling, acupuncture and infrared light therapy.
