State Farm continues sponsorship of Ill. tourney

SPRINGFIELD -- State Farm has renewed its contract to sponsor the LPGA's annual tour stop in Springfield.
The Bloomington-based insurance company will sponsor the tournament through 2011 and will maintain the $1.7 million purse. Next year's tournament will be June 10-13 at Panther Creek Country Club.
State Farm has sponsored the tournament since 1993.
South Korean golfer In-Kyung Kim won this year's tournament.
