It's time for Illinois to turn the page

Over the last 10 years we have seen the destruction that corrupt leaders in Springfield are capable of. It started with George Ryan and continued with Rod Blagojevich. It seems as though Illinoisans can't catch a break from political scandals. Paul Froehlich has been accused of taking campaign contributions in exchange for helping people get their property taxes lowered. Enough is enough. Next year we will have an opportunity to finally turn the page on the failed policies of the last 10 years and send a new generation of leaders to Springfield. In the 56th district, Ryan Higgins is the candidate we need for state representative.

He will offer voters a break from politics as usual and work to get results in Springfield. He is offering bold ideas and new solutions to the problems facing Illinois. Ryan Higgins is exactly what Springfield needs at this important time. As the Democrats plot to raise our taxes, Ryan Higgins will be a voice for middle class families and small businesses across the 56th district and across Illinois. I, for one, am sick and tired of the same old politics as usual. I refuse to believe that that's just way it is in Illinois. We can do better than what we are currently getting out of our leaders in Springfield. Let's turn the page next year and send Ryan Higgins to Springfield.
