Can't carve up Israel to appease Arabs
Various people, from President Obama to other officials and people in the media, chant "two state solution" like it is some kind of mantra. To achieve peace in the Mideast they think that giving a state to the Palestinians within the country of Israel will work.
One sovereign state within another will not work. Why carve up Israel to appease the Arabs? Israel belongs to the Jews, and they have already suffered enough. Israel is about the size of New Jersey so there is not much room for that to work. If the Arabs feel so strongly about it, why can't they offer a section of one of their spacious countries? Or, why can't the Palestinians just live peacefully side by side with the Israelis if they insist on staying there?
While some of the Palestinians may want to just live in peace, some others among them have a more sinister agenda. The issue is not really Palestinian statehood, but acknowledging Israel's right to exist. Israel has belonged to the Jews for thousands of years.
And by the way, all of Israel was given to the Jews by God (Genesis 15:18). America has been a friend of Israel for many years, and because of that we have been blessed. If we do not support the Jews' right to all of Israel, we cannot expect God to continue to bless us.
