St. Alphonsus goes German for Oktoberfest

St. Alphonsus Liguori, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights, will host its fourth annual Oktoberfest at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2.

The evening, open to adults over 21, will feature traditional Oktoberfest music by the Johnny Wagner Band. Other performances include yodeling and the Alphorn and Cowbells.

Tickets are $25 and include a dinner of grilled bratwurst, potato salad, sauerkraut, dessert and coffee.

The Beer Tent will offer imported German beer, domestic beer, wine, Jagermeister and soft drinks.
