Elgin
• After conducting a search of her home in the 1100 block of Peachtree in Elgin, police arrested Celia Duncan, 28, on a variety of drug charges, a report said. Police found ecstasy pill, cocaine, marijuana and a marijuana plant, it said. Duncan faces charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of MDMA and possession of cocaine - all felonies - and possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, police said. She will be taken to bond court in Cook County's Rolling Meadows courthouse.
• William B. Rexroat, 19, of the 5500 block of King Arthur Court, Westmont, was arrested and charged with marijuana possession and underage drinking at about 8:02 p.m. Wednesday on the Highland Avenue bridge over the Fox River after an officer saw Rexroat riding a bicycle the wrong way down Chicago Street, reports said.
• Someone took $67 from an unlocked 2005 Dodge Caravan in the 200 block of Springside Drive between 1:30 p.m. Tuesday and 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, reports said.
• Someone took a GPS, wireless phone and Mexican passport from a 2003 Jeep Liberty parked in the 3000 block of Sutton Street between 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday, reports said. A wallet also was stolen from an unlocked 1999 Dodge Durango next to the Jeep, reports said.
• Someone stole a Nintendo DS, PlayStation2, PlayStation Portable, an Itouch and several games, a total value of $1,200, between 7:30 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. Monday from a residence in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, reports said.
