Woman praying for co-worker arrested on trespass charges

A woman was charged with trespassing for praying in the front yard of a Buffalo Grove home where she said an ill co-worker lived.

Jung Chang, of the 7500 block of Kenton Avenue in Skokie, was charged earlier this week after the husband of the co-worker called police on two separate occasions.

Police first asked Chang and two others to leave Sept. 6. Chang told police she and a pastor along with a church member were praying for the woman inside, said Buffalo Grove Cmdr. Steve Husak. The three reluctantly left and were warned not to return.

Chang returned to the home on Thursday, Sept. 17, when police were again called. Chang was arrested and the two others received warnings.
