Time for Lisa Stone to shape up

I am probably one of many concerned citizens of Buffalo Grove who are tired of the antics of our trustee, Lisa Stone. I feel, like many do, that she lacks good judgment, leadership and professionalism needed for this position in government.

Her latest, filing a police report against former Trustee Bruce Kahn, for apparently bumping into her in a crowd. How many times have we all turned suddenly in a crowd, bumped into someone and apologized immediately.

Simple mistake yes, one that requires a police investigation, no. I have to give kudos to the police department to dismiss this complaint for what it was, a simple misunderstanding. Mrs. Stone what are you doing to support the people of Buffalo Grove, and I mean, all the people?

Leadership is all about compromise, being open-minded, listening to both sides of an argument and not trying to make tsunami-like waves. Whatever the issue, there are going to be pros and cons, open your eyes and ears to reasonable viewpoints, because this isn't about you, it's about all of us.

And if you can't see the difference, then just resign, don't embarrass our Village any more.
