Out with old blood, in with the new

It's become obvious to most that the Buffalo Grove board of trustees is out of sync with reality. Too many trustees have been on the Board so long, they no longer listen or care what the residents want.

They have formed a small isolated club in which they pursue their own agendas, without regard for the residents they supposedly represent.

Two terms of 4 years are enough for anyone. We have too many people in this club with too many years spent slapping each other on the back.

We don't just need an infusion of fresh blood, we need a transfusion.
