Hampshire reading program a success

The Ella Johnson Library would like to thank all of our participants from this year's summer reading program Read on the Wild Side. We had over 500 readers this year, which is the most we've ever had. Our preschoolers through fifth-graders read a staggering 3,195 books and the sixth- through 12th-graders read for 335 hours. A very big thank you goes to all of our donors. We'd also like to thank Craig Pierce, Dean Johnson and Art Baltazar for their participation. Thanks for a fabulous summer, and have a great school year!
