Piano teacher expands to studio

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Sally Haas is expanding her business teaching piano lessons from her home to a studio at 1806 E. Northwest Hwy. in Arlington Heights. Haas started her teaching career at Karnes Music in Schaumburg while taking music classes at Harper College in Palatine. The teacher is a member of the Northwest Suburban Music Teachers' Association as well as the Illinois and National Music Teachers Associations. Haas emphasizes the importance of teaching with an upbeat attitude and without the fear of negative criticism. She refers to her instruction as "positive piano."
