Who's paying for government control?
Fence Post writer Greg Newlin has attempted to refute a previous post for which I encouraged him to read health care plan HR 3200 before writing about it. He quoted just four points out of the 1,000 plus pages. After finally reading some of the points I included, he claimed my summation was incorrect and the plan actually stated something else. Interpretation is up to the individual, and to save print, I will only make an example of one of the points.
He claimed I was incorrect when referencing Page 59, lines 21-24, that "government will have direct access to your bank accounts." His opinion was based on the following writings in the plan: "The standards under this section shall be developed, adopted and enforced so as to enable electronic funds transfers, in order to allow automated reconciliation with the related health care payment and remittance advice." Then he adds: "This allows for timely and safe payments to providers, it has nothing to do with your individual bank accounts."
Really? Well, who is going to pay for their health care benefits? My guess, we the American people will pay for this government control plan. Thus, leaving the government with direct access to our bank accounts as witnessed by their words above.
I applaud Greg for finally reading part of the Plan, at least the points I introduced, and thank him for providing the information needed for others to make their own determination.
Now, read Page 195 and let us know if you are OK with Obama's Health Choices Administration having access to your IRS filing and complete family history. If you do not want this administration having access to your bank account, tax filings or family history, tell them "no" to this current bill.
