Take simple route on health care

Why do we need over 1,000 pages of legislation to insure the 8-plus percent of Americans that lack medical insurance?

Why not tack an addendum to those receiving welfare payments and earned income credit with medical insurance coverage. Then leave the 91 plus percent of Americans the opportunity to handle their own medical insurance.

It's so simple a caveman can do it.
