School supply drive: The Kiwanis Club of Streamwood is conducting a School Supply Drive throughout the month of August. The supplies will be distributed to children in the Hanover Township communities. Drop off locations are: Park Place, 550 S. Football Mania tickets: The Elk Grove Village Lions Club is selling Football Mania tickets. Proceeds from Football Mania, the club's main fundraiser, are given to area charities, scholarships, eye glass programs and local food banks.
