Is this any way to run a government?

Ten steps to government budget planning.

1. Raises take care of their raises, cost of living and any other bonus.

2. Fully fund their pension plans.

3. Fund their PORK projects.

4. Remodel offices.

5. Build new office facilities.

6. Replace fleet with new SUV's (non gas guzzlers Ha-Ha) 7. Discover no money left for taxpayers health care, care for mentally or physically challenged people, and any other taxpayer needs.

8. Threaten with service cuts and layoffs.

9. We know, raise taxes.

10. Next year, repeat process from Step 1.
