U.S. must deal with top priorities first

Time is everything. Take a tip from China. Get our financial house in order first. Get our economy moving first. Cap and trade does the exact opposite. This is not the time to worry about global warming. The only one getting a better financial situation from it is Al Gore. But nevertheless, a year or two of putting off the global warming scare won't matter much. A year or even a month of putting off the economic situation could be a real live scare. Wake up world, wake up congress. First things First.
